What is My Meeting Card ?

My Meeting Card is a mobile application that works on both Android/Iphone used to help both individuals, professionals and companies in the mental health and treatment industry. We offer many features within our mobile app that can help improve the relationship between a struggling member, therapist, organization, or rehabilitation center.

What are some of the features of My Meeting Card mobile application?

My Meeting Card mobile application was created with input from clients, therapists, family members, organizations and treatment centers. The app can be used to send messages to members or groups as a whole from one location. Members can network with other people for support, and even form support groups. Therapists and Treatment programs can send tasks, messages, assignments to its members and even monitor those tasks throughout the week "in between" appointments. Our "Meeting tracker" can be used to monitor meeting attendance to provide accountability. Treatment programs can even create reports to show its active/inactive members, which gives better insight on their patients and how they may be doing. New features are always being added as we are looking for My Meeting Card to become an instrumental component in the mental health and treatment industry.

What do I need to use My Meeting Card mobile application?

My Meeting Card mobile application simply requires you to have a smartphone which uses either IOS/Android and the ability to download our software which you can find on both Microsoft and Apple Stores.

How does the client "Meeting Tracker" exactly work?

The " Meeting Tracker" replaces the old paper meeting court cards that have been used for decades. The participant must have an active profile on the app and also must have our mobile app downloaded on their phone. Once a participant arrives at a 12-step or similar meeting, they log into the app and make their way to the "Meeting Tracker". Once activated, their phone uses its GPS to pinpoint a location, along with day/time. Once the meeting has been located, it marks the time you arrived, and how long you stayed at that meeting. Once the meeting is over, the participant logs out of the "Meeting tracker"

and the results are uploaded to our database. Users with special permissions such as therapists, treatment centers and/or even loved ones are able to log in

and monitor the participant's meeting attendance or not. If the meeting is not recognized by our mobile app, the participant may enter the meeting data which will be verified by our staff within 48-72 hours. As previously mentioned, My Meeting Card does track the participant's location throughout the week. ONLY, when they are attending meetings as directed by their therapist, treatment center, or loved ones.

Is My Meeting Card only used for recovering alcoholics or drug addicts?

Absolutely Not. Before creating My Meeting Card mobile application, we talked with numerous individuals, families, and mental health professionals. We kept everyone in mind and there are ways that even family/loved ones can use My Meeting Card app to help provide support to the member that may be struggling. Family and loved ones can send encouraging words to the members and can even meet other families who may be dealing with the same sorts of issues to provide support and information. We even have therapists/patients whom utilize the app who have no history of alcoholism or drug abuse.

Will Zoom Online meetings ever be added to My Meeting Card ?

Yes, we are already in the process of implementing Zoom online meetings into our application so you can get credit for attending online. We anticipate this feature to be ready early 2023.

Does My Meeting Card track everything I do and where I go?

No. The only feature of My Meeting Card app that requires GPS and enabled-location is the "Meeting Tracker" which only reports your location at the time of activation. Once you check-out of that meeting, the GPS stops tracking and a meeting report is sent to your profile. Users can generate a meeting report which can then be emailed to whomever they choose. Our goal is that My Meeting Card will hopefully be used to replace the old paper court cards which have been around far too long at this point.

Does My Meeting Card only work only in certain areas?

My Meeting Card mobile application was created to work throughout the entire United States, including Hawaii. Some features of the app do require a wireless connectivity and individuals must have a smartphone to use it.

Does it cost to download My Meeting Card?

My Meeting Card has a yearly licensing fee, which allows you to email meeting verification to rehabilitation centers, Outpatient programs, therapists, sober living homes, DUI classes, probation/parole officers or court-appointed representatives. Our pricing breakdown is located on the pricing page, and you can always schedule a call or online presentation to see if we can work for you. .

Can we create reports about our clients?

Yes, for profiles created under organizations or treatment centers, one of the features is the ability to create reports on client activity. These organizations and treatment centers are able to tell how many clients are still active/inactive and show entities such as insurance companies that you are following up on your clients, even once they have completed your program.

Is my information secure and is the mobile app HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely. At My Meeting Card we understand that the privacy of your personal information is pertinent. Your recovery is your own business. We only collect limited information upon signup, and use Usernames and phone numbers so that we don't need your entire personal profile to join. We are also HIPAA compliant even if you are signed up under the umbrella of a treatment center, therapist or outpatient program. Our mobile app will never be connected to your file from a treatment center or program, as we operate as a separate entity. The limited information we do collect is encrypted and distributed to many different databases to add an additional layer of security.
